Building Bridges & Driving Chamber Success
Rob Parker, President and CEO of the Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce, Stephanie Overbey, CEO of the Kosciusko County Community Foundation, Sherry Searles, Director of LaunchPad, and Darren Bickel, President of the United Way of Whitley & Kosciusko County, identified a critical need for quality, affordable childcare in Kosciusko County.
In response, they founded LaunchPad, a Childcare and Early Learning Coalition, in October 2018. This initiative aims to address the childcare crisis by providing safe, affordable, and enriching learning environments for local children.
LaunchPad seeks to strengthen the climate of early learning in Kosciusko County by focusing on the most recent research for children, birth to age five, and meeting the needs of our youngest citizens.
